Due to inclement weather, we are rescheduling the Winter Whirl for the safety of our Winstead families. The dance will be rescheduled for February 2. If you are unable to make the date change, please reach out to the PTO. We are able to process refunds with an email request. If you can’t attend and want to donate your registration to the PTO, let us know that as well so we have an accurate headcount. Winsteadelempto@gmail.com. We are sorry for any inconvenience. If you missed the chance to buy tickets, we will reopen registration until 1/29.

How dressy is the event?

It's totally up to you! If you are comfortable in a tux, go for it! If your daughter wants to wear her Elsa princess dress, or your son wants a tuxedo, as long as you are good with it, go for it. If your child wants to be a little more casual, that’s fine too. You could even get the kids a corsage. It's up to you.

Can younger siblings or Winstead alumni attend?

The dance is for current Winstead students only.

How can we get pictures?

There will be a photo booth set up so be sure to bring a camera or phone to take pics. Someone will be on hand to take pics for you.

What refreshments will be there?

We will be serving cupcakes, punch and water.

Will it only be slow songs?

Lol!!! No! We will have a DJ that will play some slow dance songs, but he'll also have fun games and dance competitions thrown in.
