Tryouts February 3rd. Auditions start at 3:50 pm. We will have four tryout rooms going at once to be most efficient and move everyone through in the timeliest manner possible.
Mandatory Practice: February 18th and 19th, 3:30 pm - 5:45 pm. Everyone participating in the Talent Show needs to attend two mandatory practices.
Show: February 20th, doors open at 5:30 pm - show starts at 6:00 pm
Volunteer: Sign up to volunteer by February 13th
Helpful Information:
- All talent show acts MUST be 90 seconds or less.
- Students may only participate in ONE act.
- Acts must be school and age appropriate.
- Arrive for tryouts ready to perform your talent with props, music, and costume (must meet school dress code).
- We will have a piano and a CD player available. Please note if your act requires background music, we will only be able to play music that is available on a streaming platform or that you provide via CD.
- All music will need to be cut to 90 seconds or less.
- A digital copy of your music will need to be emailed for review by January 30th to Tiffany Hicks.
- Any lyrics deemed inappropriate will have to be changed to participate.
- Singers will need accompaniment tracks for singing (without vocals).
- If a student has to miss school due to illness, he/she must have attended at least one practice in order to participate in the Talent Show on Friday. If a student is sick on the day of the show or goes home sick from school, he/she will not be able to participate in the Talent Show.
