As a parent of a Winstead student, you are automatically a member of the PTO. There are no membership fees or dues.

 

Serving on the Winstead PTO Board requires a nomination and election, which takes place each spring. Board members are responsible for overseeing PTO business, voting on PTO matters, and helping guide the organization's efforts throughout the year.

 

All parents are encouraged to attend and participate at PTO meetings, volunteer for events, chair events, join committees, and share ideas. There are many ways to get involved, and we welcome all levels of participation!

 

We encourage all parents that want to be involved with the children (in the classroom, on field trips, etc.) to complete the background check that is required by Williamson County Schools. Follow this link to set and appointment and complete the application. Once approved, it is good for five years. 

 

Please join us for our summer PTO meetings in the Winstead Library on June 25, 2026 and July 16, 2026 at 6:30pm.
