By joining the PTO through our Building Your Child’s Future campaign, you help to meet our school's needs that simply cannot be met within the constraints of the WCS budget. The PTO is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to enrich the lives of our children by supporting the principals, faculty, and parents of Winstead Elementary School. PTO annual membership dues support many curriculum enrichment programs that are provided to students throughout the school year. In addition, the PTO supports a variety of outreach, social and recreational programs.
We only ask for a ONE TIME tax deductible donation of either $50 for your child or $100 per family (2+ children at Winstead). This donation covers items previously paid for by the $25 classroom supply fee, your PTO membership, and education tools and programs that help maintain a quality learning environment.
